When we first met Ashley in the NICU, we knew she was going to be someone very special in our lives. It only took a 12 hour shift to request her as our primary nurse for our son, Kingston. She went above and beyond for not only him but for us! She truly cared and did everything to help our baby during the most difficult times. She spoke for us when we couldn’t find the words. We fully trusted her with our son during our NICU stay.
She has the best sense of humor and such a caring nature. We laughed together, cried together and most importantly, understood each other. She made sure all our questions were answered. We were extremely sad to go. Almost a year after her care, we have never had a nurse like her. She was truly a blessing for our family.

Ashley was Ari's guardian angel. I don't think I will be able to adequately express what having her at my daughters bedside meant to us, but I don't think my baby would have made it out of the NICU without her. She advocated for us when I felt I had no voice. She advocated for my little one when she would notice something was not right in her care plans and most of all she knew my kid and her cues to help her grow stronger by allowing her to still complete milestones such as oral feedings for the first time from a bottle. She was real, honest and didn't beat around the bush. Ashley made sure that you knew all the possibilities and always encourages speaking up and asking questions to not allow decisions to be made without all the facts. If you are lucky enough to have Ashley at your bedside you should know you and your baby are blessed and are in very capable hands.

We have had a great pleasure of having Ashley providing care to our daughter while she was in the NICU after she was diagnosed with treacher collins syndrome. We had many nurses care for our bundle of joy, but Ashley always went above and beyond in providing extra care and cleaniness towards our daughter. Ashley always assured that our baby was never in pain, made her confortable and always kept our baby clean in the best way possible. We were so happy with her that after a few days we spoke to the hospital and requested for her to be our primary nurse. After being discharged from the hospital we were so content with her we kept in touch and have built a personal relationship with her. If we ever have any questions or need help we know we can always count on her for advice. We deeply recomend Ashley in providing exceptional care. Of all the nurses we have had, she has been the best.
